The Toddy Cold Brew System is great for making beautifully balanced coffee concentrate with low acidity and no bitterness.
To use, mix 340 g of coarsely ground coffee beans with fresh, cool water, steep 12 to 24 hours, and enjoy a delicious handcrafted beverage. Makes 1.6 L of cold brew concentrate which will make between 3.2 to 4.8 L of coffee. The cold brew also keeps for up to 2 weeks in your refrigerator.
This system can also be used to make cold brew tea!
